Rams won toss and deferred. 'Skins picked up a first and then stalled. After nice punt by Jack Spingler Spring-Ford starts at their nine with nine minutes on first qtr clock.

Rams put up three and out and set up to punt from their sixteen. Rolled out at mid-field as Neshaminy on offense.

'Skins pick up first down on ground. Seems Joe Pirrone in at halfback as Dogba had his helmet pulled off. Going to third and ten pass close to first and go for it on fourth. Will Dogba back in takes it close to Rams' thirty with five minutes on clock.

Pass interference on Rams keeps drive going. Joe Pirrone doing the heavy lifting to the five for a first and goal. Kyle Smith also in and getting handoffs . Dogba still out.

Fumble on handoff at three as Rams recover to kill that effort. One minute on clock.

Following the fumble Spring-Ford goes three and out and great roll puts Neshaminy at their forty yard line with the ball. Two plays gets them to the Rams thirty-nine as clock rolls to second-quarter.

Following the flip Mason Jones had a couple of nice passes to Zach Tredway. Dogba came back in and took it in from in close with PAT good it put 'Skins up seven to zip.

McDonald's kick went into endzone as Rams started at their twenty. Running no-huddle Neshaminy picks off Venuto pass as Tredway takes it to the three. Dogba takes it to the one and then puts it across. PAT is good and it's fourteen to zip Neshaminy with seven minutes on second quarter clock.

Following kick return to sixteen Rams went to fourth and one at their twenty-five. Looking like they would go for it they called a TO and then came back and did on a QB keeper as he made the twenty-eight. Venuto then hit Quinn McKenna to put it to the Rams forty-five. On third and five another nice pass puts the ball at Neshaminy's forty-four. Then on a flea-flicker Neshaminy gets hit with personal foul call giving Rams first at twenty-nine. Then Rams cough it up and Neshaminy picks up the ball as Tredway falls on it at the Rams twenty-five.

With Neshaminy pushing a couple of runs by Pirrone and a great catch by Tredway has 'Skins across midfield. Another pass from Jones to Denzel Hushes puts 'Skins at Rams thirty-one with two minutes on clock. A nice shot from Jones to Tredway gets it to nineteen for a first. Pirrone takes it to twelve on two carries for a third and five. Pass to Tredway misses and fourth comes up. McDonald then hits thirty yard FG from there with thirty seconds on clock.

After kick return Rams start at their twenty three yard line. Nice pass to thirty-seven and out of bounds. Venuto then hits a five yarder to put clock down to three seconds and then one more try burns it to zero.

At halftime it has pretty much been all Neshaminy. Dogba must have been dinged as he has been in and out. Joe Pirrone doing great with carries and Jones has hit some key throws. Tredway all over the place.

Following kickoff Spring-Ford moved it to mid-thirties but stalled out and had to punt with Neshaminy starting at their thirty-five.

Putting a nice drive together of passes and runs Jones lugged it in from the fifteen to make it twenty-four to zip with six minutes on the clock.

With McDonald kicking off, a nice run put the ball at the Rams thirty where their offense started up.

Putting together a nice drive the Rams moved the ball all the way down on some nice passing. They then went for two and made it as the score went to twenty-four to eight with four minutes on the third-quarter clock.

Following the Tredway kickoff return to Neshaminy's forty the 'Skins offense came back out. A run and pass went nowhere to bring up a third and ten as Jones then found Denzel Hughes for long-distance score. McDonald hit the PAT and it went to thirty-one to eight.

Following Tredway score Rams put up three and out and punted. 'Skins at mid-field with third and five but Jones loses nine yards on sack. Neshaminy punting as fourth quarter rolls around.

After the two teams messed around Spring-Ford scored again on a long pass. The two point conversion was good as it went to thirty-one to sixteen with four minutes remaining in the game.

Following the Rams kick Neshaminy stitched together a nice drive to the Spring-Ford thirty as they ran the clock to zero with the score still in their favor.

Overall they controlled the temp. A shout-out to the Rams for staying after it with the late score.

Seems Dogba was nicked up but Joe Pirrone must have had well over a hundred yards. And Zach Tredway did everything with his interception, a fumble recovery and two very nice kickoff returns to give Neshaminy good spots around mid-field.

Nice effort by Langhorne.

Skins dominated that one from the opening kick. #1 is quite a player. Got to feel for those Springford players - winning last week was nice, but gave them a bad draw.

I am a very happy Redskin. Zach Tredway is a great kid. I coached him in little league 4 straight years. Rookies, Minors two years and majors one year we won the championship both minor years, and the one major year. The second major year someone else got h and he won again so itust have been the kid, not the coach. I very happy for him and his Mom and his Dad. Awesome!

4 seed has to represent better than that if that league wants to seriously compete.......Treadway can play!

Huh? Spring-Ford played in the D1 championship 3 years ago. Two years ago they beat Downingtown West in the playoffs. Perk Valley made the district semis 2 years ago and won again tonight. Last year they lost to Downingtown East by 3 points. I'd say the PAC-10 is doing just fine.

Relayer, Didn't Neshaminy knock Spring-Ford out two years ago? Neshaminy's lines continue to control the game. Dogba looked more hurt tonight than he did last week. They're going to need him going forward. A bad sprain doesn't heal in a week or two.

Reluctant -

Two seasons ago, in Schmidt's last year, they met in the second playoff game -- quarter-final -- and Neshaminy won fifty-six to twenty-seven. That was a good Rams club and it seemed they won eleven and lost two -- they must have played another game after being knocked out of the playoffs that year. They played in Langhorne and had a one TD lead early.

I think they were watching Dogba tonight. He had maybe ten carries. Joe Pirrone was super filling in. They also had Kyle Smith in there and maybe someone else but the way Pirrone was doing that's all they needed. Jones hit some key passes too.

That is great if you are satisfied to be an also ran....But chesmontleague was calling spring ford the future face of 6A D1 football.....Neshaminy played well and the line has gotten so much better, but Nesh dominated spring-ford on both sides of the ball with limited play from Dogba...This is not a nesh juggernaut, but a good team that showed 10-0 spring ford they have a lot of work to do, to be the face of 6A D1....

Sorry about CRN, Brandon had another great rushing game! Upper darby looked beatable but the CRN defense was no where to be found again...

Not sure where the face of 6A D1 came from, but this SF team was not at the same level as the one that went to the District 1 finals a few years ago. Lacked the star power they had. Lots of solid players, but no superstars (not sure if there is one D1 recruit on that team, at least a SR). I believe they return a lot of players next year, but will have to replace the QB. Schedule gets upgraded with the splitting of the league. And the school population keeps growing. They will keep getting better.

Upper Darby dominated the game- outside of a muffed kick return to open the 2nd half and a kick return by mcilwain the game was very lopsided. CRN is a 2 win team without mcilwain. The fact they are an 8 win team speaks to how good he actually is. CRN had 10 first downs the entire night. As good as mcilwain was Bruce from ud stole the show- 7 tds. 300 plus rushing.

Glad I didn't go to Upper Darby, that would have been painful to watch. I knew North's defense would be their downfall, but kudos to Bruce and UD. I just read where McIlwain may not enroll early at USC so he can play baseball this year. If you think he's good on the gridiron, go watch him on the diamond. CRN will be defending their district championship.

There's a chance that was McIlwain's last football game. I know he's committed to South Carolina, but it's very possible he gets offered a $1 million plus bonus by a Major League team in June.
