The offense looked fine - maybe should have had another.

The defense is still missing tackles when they have them bottled up (and South's offense has some players).

And it seemed the usual Neshaminy game where they seem to do enough. They sort of chip away and work the edges yet you feel like it was harder than it should be. South also hurt themselves with some penalties (the 'Skins shot themselves a few times as well).

Langhorne built a comfortable 21-7 halftime lead. Then South had the ball to start the second half as they took the kickoff and then used that possession to put together a quick drive. Neshaminy looked flatfooted on that opening effort by the Titans as that score made it 21-14 (and edgy for us fans of the 'Skins); however, Neshaminy's offense went right down the field on their next possession and made it 28-14.

From there it was the chipping away as the 'Skins banked two more scores.

South did make it exciting as on their next to last possession as they were using all four downs on a nice drive down the field which ended when Jacob Gordon picked a South pass near the ten or so and returned it to mid-field. About four plays later Neshaminy's backups took it in for the final TD of the night.

They are getting it done so:

Go 'Skins!!

I thought south would be more competitive against Neshaminy. Looks like Neshaminy plays good enough to win and needs a challenge.

Spot on Moleskinner as usual. I think Neshaminy was flat to start the second half after all of the Homecoming celebrations. The have a nice lead and seem to be rolling and then go into the locker room feeling a little to good. Jones is one of the nominees for King etc.

Tackling remains an issue. I don't want to speak to soon, as they only have to do this once or twice a game, but the punting game is better since Dylan MacDonald took over the duties.
WR Joyce did not play, he may be injured.

I would like to hear the CB South people's view of how they think Neshaminy and North Penn would match up.

I was at the game with Relayer, 71skins, and the boys. Great to see them all again. I thought CB South moved the ball well at times against the Skins. They just couldn't capitalize on it thanks to the defense. It will be interesting to see how they match up with NP as you say Iron and even Perk Valley with the great QB they have.
