A win is a win but they made it as hard as they could. Still, 4-2 is what you wanted coming home.

Final: Neshaminy 21 - CB South 14

I am not sure the best team won, but the best coached team did. Couple keys in the game were in the fist half. South had the ball at the Neshaminy 23, 2nd & 7 and thru 2 incomplete passes and on 4th the QB was sacked. On Neshaminys 3rd TD before the half the QB tossed a nice sideline deep ball to a receiver who had a foot in ht. on the DB and went over him for the catch. 2 plays later same play TD. 2nd half DB never saw the field. , that was on the South coach for not making the adjustment after the first reception, not the Db, and a good pickup by Neshaminy coaches. 2nd half Neshaminy never crossed mid field but they played smart, ran the clock and used field position, not doing anything dumb like South trying to pass from their own 10!
Listening on WBCB you got the sense that Shoe's observation captured what I heard. It seemed that South kind of turned left when they should have turned right. And the 'Skins couldn't quite nail it down, and put it away, yet they made right turns when they were supposed to do just that.
Well, and as said above, the Blue & Red banked the "W" and that's pretty much mandatory at this point.
