The Oil City RB just passed Derrick Henry's national record of 400 yard rushing games in a season with his 5th 400+ yard game over the weekend. He currently leads the country in rushing with 2507 yards. Going for 358 yards a game.

What's the scouting report on this kid? Never even heard of Oil City HS until a few weeks ago. Seems like he has decent size and speed. Just dont know how good his weekly competition is on the field. Either way, good to see a Pa kid getting some national publicity

He's not very big. I think he's like 5'10 160 lbs but the kid is lighting it up. I do have to say the level of competition is questionable. Against Meadville probably the toughest team on oil city's schedule he rushed for 95 yards but to be averaging 10 yrds a carry and 2500+ yards through 5 games is still very impressive.

Watched his hudl film. Kid is having a great year but more than likely D-II or DIII level player

He's listed at 6'1 190.

My thoughts on the situation from another thread through Week 5 are below:

Oil City had wins of 58-24, 55-6, 52-20, 64-0 to start season, but lost last weekend in a close one (21-20). Throughout these 5 games, Knox has 2007 yards from 177 carries (11 ypc). He's averaging 35 carries per game. Could it be possible that if the coaching staff didn't give him the ball so much in the blowout games in weeks 1-4, they might have won game 5? 35 carries per game? No other RBs on the roster?
