Easton @ Whitehall is off.

Easton has a COVID-19 problem.
Been an issue in D3 with cancellations piling up. Need to find an equitable way to factor cancellations in, It’s already impacting.
*Instead of Harrisburg likely beating Cumberland Valley who baled, they took on Governor Mifflin and lost.
*CD had no replacements games while missing opportunities vs Harrisburg and Township. Ditto Hbg and Twp.


Here are the cancellations to date:
9/3 York Cath 3-0 2A-Trinity 2-1 2A; YC cancelled, Trinity got no replacement game.
9/7 Central York 3-0 6A-Red Lion 0-4 6A; RL Cancelled, CY got no replacement game.
9/11 Harrisburg 3-1 6A-McDevitt 3-1 4A, McD cancelled, class act Manheim Township stepped up losing 20-17.
9/17 Harrisburg-Central Dauphin 1-1 6A, CD Cancelled, Governor Mifflin offered a home game when Cedar Crest baled, beat Hburg 49-13.

Mechanicsburg 3-1 5A-Northern 2-1 4A, Northern cancelled
Boiling Springs 3-1 3A-Line Mountain 0-3 2A, LM cancelled

** Mechanicsburg hosted Boiling Springs, winning 39-34

9/24 Steel High 4-0 1A-Upper Dauphin 3-1 2A, UDA cancelled, SHHS found no replacement

Ephrata 3-1 5A-Columbia 3-1 2A., Columbia cancelled (?), Ephrata will play Boone 2-2 5A who had an open date.

York Catholic 3-1 2A-Biglerville 0-2 3A. Canners baled, YC still looking.
Easton has a COVID-19 problem.
 
My guess is that by the end of October most of the PA schools will have lost at least one game because of Covid. Overall plan is overdue.

Am I right that districts 1, 7, and 12 have had relatively few cancellations? They must also be the largest divisions in terms of population and size of schools.
