No Deonte Crawford for Freedom.

Freedoms backup running back goes 45 yards on the opening play into Easton territory.

Tristan Fitzpatrick I’m at quarterback for Easton. Cole Transue got hurt at the end of the Parkland game, and looks like he’s out this week.

Fitzpatrick is a 6’2 170 pound sophomore. I think he’s related to Terrence Fitzpatrick, Easton’s all time leading scorer in basketball who played professionally in Europe for a hot second.

After an Easton punt, Marcus Williams intercepts a tipped pass and returns it into Freedom territory.

3rd and 9 from the 29, Easton throws the ball into the end zone twice, incomplete. Not sure why two plays to get 9 yards wasn’t the move

Another tipped pass for Freedom, both tipped and picked off by Nino Rizzolino, and Easton takes over at the Freedom 21.

Freedom drives inside the Easton 15 then fumbles, recovered by Rizzolino. Three turnovers for the Patriots keeping Easton in the game, early 2nd quarter.

Transue in at QB for Easton.

Easton drives inside the Freedom 30, then Transue gets stripped sacked, returned all the way for a touchdown. 10-3 Freedom

Easton loses seven yards on their drive, Freedom marches down and scores. 17-3 Patriots, this one has the feeling of a rout. Three fluky turnovers are what have it under 31-3

Easton fumble, Freedom touchdown. 31-3 right before half. And Freedom has three turnovers, including one in the red zone. This is a blood bath.

Braelin Moore made approximately 352 tackles behind the line of scrimmage, that didn’t help. But Easton looked terrible early, less dreadful in the second half. Freedom is fine - Moore is an FBS defensive lineman, and the rest of their good players are fine. Not exactly the ‘08 Liberty Hurricanes. Final score 31-17.
