Does Coatesville or Garnet Valley have a shot at becoming ranked #1 at this point in season without a NP loss?

Coatesville could catch NP but needs help from all the non-conference games. Including guaranteed points over the final two games, they will have to make up 40 points to catch NP, so root for Cumberland Valley, Harrisburg, Middletown South, and Rustin if you're a Coatesville fan. I believe they would win a tiebreaker with NP on strength of schedule, giving them the #1 seed.
I don't believe Garnet Valley can catch NP or Coatesville. I think if all three win out, GV is definitely #3 with NP/CV battling it out for the top seed and homefield advantage.
