Maybe so, but the Nazareth-CV winner will be a tough out. I don't see anybody beating Bechi, though.
Speaking of CV, the D3 final was a disgrace yesterday, totally out of control. The only thing missing was Ric Flair entering the gym with a steel chair. I hope Nazareth pummels them. Just watch the video.

Taking a break from the drudgery of Super Bowl halftime to say I hope Naz pummels CV too. This behavior while disappointing is not unusual whenever you get a West Shore team playing a East Shore team (Central Dauphin) especially where there is a bitter Hatfield-McCoy like feud between the schools that goes back decades. Love seeing Cumberland Valley lose in all thing to CD. Rams!
Boyertown and Nazareth wrestling tonight in semis, should be a fun dual. Nazareth getting through on the skin of their teeth so far, a fall in the last match to win the first round and 9th criteria to win in quarters. Duals are very match up heavy though.
Tonight I've got Nazareth favored at six weights (106, 120, 138, 145, 160, 170) Boyertown in five (113, 126, 182, 220, 285) with each team getting bonus in three of those. True toss ups at 132, 152, and 195 if they wrestle straight up. 113 and 120 are close too, I gave one team each. Should be a fun dual.
On the other side, as so often happens the top two teams in the state are meeting in semis, Bethlehem Catholic and Belle Vernon. Only a handful of times has the finals truly been the finals.
Obviously here rooting for the first all D11 final since 2007.

Boyertown got all three of my tosses, flipped 120, and got falls in all three bonus spots. Well deserved slot in finals tomorrow. First D1 finalist since Upper Perkiomen won it in 2006 (fueled by winning one of the greatest duals in state history against Nazareth in semis).
