After watching SAINT and the boys take care of Avon Grove Friday night and hearing how Cville struggled with Unionville I think this Fridays game with Cville @ Rustin will be a good one.
Was anyone at the Cville unionville game Friday? Was the game as close as the score looked?

Great post MP was good seeing you last Friday night at Duffers looking forward to doing it again this Friday as I will be there again to see Ortega’s red raiders take on SAINT’s knights. Two questions I have how will Ortega’s defense defend SAINT’s potent run game? Will Coatesville’s inexperienced offense continue to improve?

Ortega is great at making adjustments. We will see if they can withstand the push upfront from SAINT's O-Line. From talking to a few Cville people they are saying that the Cville LB's are very active. It was a good move by Ortega to pick up Jim Limper on the staff. He is a tremendous LB Coach.

Word on the street is Ortega is doubtful for Friday. His ankle has been banged up pretty good and it may be time to sit him and let it recover. If he's out, I like the Golden Knights to spring the upset, 28-24. Either way I see this being no more than a TD difference as Coatesville has struggled to move the ball consistently and Rustin D has been good all year.

Better be careful that it doesn't get hurt worse. Rustin D is stout up front with pretty good team speed. Sure hope Ricky gets healthy soon-he's fun to watch when they have the QB run game going.

Agreed MP-C, Cville's LBs make the difference in big games. Really like John Ruttman and Frank Johnson vs CV. Always pulling for the home boys but mega props and real difference makers in that game.

I guess I have to fire my sources. But it didn't matter, CV's freshmen QB got the job done. Was cool under pressure, the future is bright. Ortega's/Limpers D was all over Saint's WCR O. Great game plan.

Also, had lots a fun at Duffers. Thanks Sub1 and 4i. It was great listening to IA break down the District 1 HS season. He is so knowledgeable.
