just trying to change the subject.. and still keep local FB in the feeds.. did anyone watch the GA (as in Georgia) - ND game last weekend...Swift had a couple of nice carries.. looks like they have three very good young RBs at GA.. It's a nice problem to have..

I only saw the one play where he was a fill in for an injured teammate. Heard he had 40 yards total? Not bad. The one thing that got me was why did he choose Georgia. As Green Beans stated, they have like three other running backs all touted as "the next one"! Hope it works out for him.

I though I also heard Webb's name.. but I was flipping back and forth between this game and the OK-OSU game.. they also have another Philly kid Ahkil Crumpton from West Catholic .. played a couple of years in Juco in LA.. has some nice stats from there:Junior College: Los Angeles Valley (Calif.) CC, coached by Matthew White ... 2016 All-America CC First Team Offense as PR ... All-California Region IV First Team Offense as Returner ... First Team All-Conference (Pacific League) for two different positions (KR & PR) ... helped lead the Monarchs to an undefeated 11-0 season capped by an American Division Pacific Championship Bowl win ... Received the MVP award of the bowl game with 253 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns ... In 2016, he totaled 1,004 yards and six touchdowns on 16 kickoffs for 690 yards and 10 punts for 314 yards ... Averaged 41.3 yards per kick return and 31.4 yards per punt return ... Tallied 41 receptions for 477 yards ... No. 1 Kick Returner and Punt Returner in State of California ... No. 2 in all-purpose yards in State of California with 1,554 yards and 14 touchdowns ... In 2015, recorded 22 receptions for 310 yards with 3 touchdowns – all second on the team

hope it works out for the three of them

Kurt Hinish, Freshman Def Tackle of PCC also had playing time for ND. Read somewhere that he started for the Irish.

There's another kid Mike McGlinchey.. (6-6 or 6-7.. could be a 1st or 2nd round pick) he graduated from Penn charter.. but I think he might be from the Perkasie area but not sure.. he's cousins with Matt Ryan

Josh Adams RB #33 for the Irish from CB South as well.....

Sorry not sure how I forgot him.. he had great games the last two weeks.. once we get deeper into the season.. I'm guessing he could be one of the top all-purpose RBs in the country

.

I would have agreed with you on his being drafted, only he graduated in May. He's a fifth year senior. Don't know why he stuck around. It's not like ND was gonna win a National Championship this year.

I think Mcglinchey is from Warrington. Not sure about his draft ability. He would have come out this year if he was a 1 or 2. He got beat a couple time on pass blocking and on another play double teamed the d. tackle and missed the blitz. Maybe a guard at next level, feet have to get better for tackle. Ga. Dline controlled the game. ND didn,t have a rush for more then 8 yards and the QB was pressured all night. Adams had rough night, earned every yard he got.

He's off to a great start. He had a 40-yard run vs. ND and, the week before, a 24 yard run agaist AppState. Currently third on team in rushing, behind two senior backs.
