5 Schools in the top 20 and 4 schools in the top 5. Haven was moved from 8th to 5th because of computer mistake. Very impressive.
 
I agree it is just one aspect of a schools performance. But one worth noting when it shows that one league performs so well.
 
It does show the socio-economic basis of the school. It does show schools that obviously come from a little more affluent areas and have strong community, family support. Schools with high SATs will have kids with high GPAs. Schools with low SATs are usually just a reflection on the opposite
Poor schools
Poor areas
Low socio-economic families
little or poor community and family support.

None of that was surprising.

Coaching for 20 years I would rather be at a school on the upper end of the socio-economic ladder with kids from strong community support then an area where the support, resources and overall where with all is not there.
