My preseason vote goes to GV.
If GV can get past they first 4 games, they'll cruise to the title.
Unionville, Ridley, Haverford, Marple. Week 6 is Springfield, but they lost their entire offensive and defensive lines. Och!

GV has their skilled players back in all the right placed along with their usual 100 roster players.

I believe Uville grad a ton but it's a rivalry so ???? and you always have to respect Ridley. Always. I like Haverford as well and G-Val of course. Panthers have anything this year?

I counted 36 players at practice. Best player is QB. After that, it's tough to say.

What’s with the front loading of the schedule in the Central League ? Ridley plays Judge , GV and Springfield in its first 3. The league will most likely be decided before the end of September. They must use some type of computer program that has no human element to the process. The big school / small school cross over games should all be in September. Then let the big finish it up down the stretch. Until one of them becomes totally uncompetitive, Ridley , GV , and Springfield should. Never play each other in September, let alone open the season that way.

Amen Speed. If they knew an IOTA about programs they could balance it out. Anyone, teenager on up can have a generalized concept of teams/leagues if they want to.

I hear you Speed. Playoffs in September and nothing to look forward to the rest of the season. You think they'd mix it up, but that would require THINKING.
I don't think GV's schedule helps them prepare for the playoffs. IMO tougher games in the second half of the season helps teams be playoff ready.
