He was SJP's best player yesterday, no? If they wanted to feature him this year then his numbers would be much better, but they didn't need to do that. So, from that perspective he probably wouldn't be considered their best player for this season. However, he's arguably their most talented player.

The PR QB was terrific and based on those numbers and his performance yesterday he appears to be well-deserving of POY.

Swift is dynamic and a game-changer. Will probably be one of the highest rank players in state as a senior. I'm sure a bushel of offers will come his way.

My response was to the ridiculous comment of best player in the STATE.
The game showed that any prep RB could get their yards.
PR defense got gashed on the ground consistently.
Yes, swift is good.

FB, I hear ya. I do think Swift is on another level, though. O, Bell, Walls are all good, but I think Swift has elite talent.

Ridiculous? Don't just look at the numbers, watch the runs. Breaking tackles like that (along with ridiculous wheels) warrants best player in state discussion. How many tackles did he break on that long TD run?
