Gateway vs Manheim Central Where have we seen this team before. Coach Williams is back in true form. Sorry, I don't know anything about Gateway. I don't mean to diss them.

Unionville vs Arch Wood Congrats to Unionville on their district title. I'm not sure if this is their first or they have won in the past. They're going up against one of the best teams in the state any class.

Foot - the U won atleast 1 district title under Mike Milano. Nobody picked Unionville to win against Springfield but let’s face it the Catholic League is a little more challenging then both Chesmont and Centrak but I’ll be pulling for the Indians.

Foot - the U won atleast 1 district title under Mike Milano. Nobody picked Unionville to win against Springfield but let’s face it the Catholic League is a little more challenging then both Chesmont and Centrak but I’ll be pulling for the Indians.

It was one of those games I should have gone to. Someone said Springfield made many mistakes, but that's what happens in hs football. Unionville did what they had to to win. It's good they have another title under their belts.

Foot Springfield didn’t play sloppy at all. Unionville matched up well with Springfield. The turnovers on defense were forced. Two strip sacks. Unionville had great plan. They loaded the box and dared Springfield to throw it into man to man. Played no one in centerfield all night.

Brought consistent pressure off edge. Unionville secondary is good. Springfield receivers had one on ones all night by really only Long won those matchups. SprIngfield passing game most of year was very effective in play action and boots so not being able to run it as effectively made that less of a factor. Unionville won the game and was the better team. Springfield was resilient and opportunistic to even be in the game. Unionville matched up with them and could have won bigger but those Springfield kids hung tough with all their experience and almost pulled off a win. The balance of play was pretty lopsided at least for this night. Unionville played great. They duplicate that game against Wood it will be a good game. Going to have to load box again and take chances in coverage.
