BVA was a special 3A, holding down and beating McKeesport (162ry) all the way through the schedule giving Quips a game in losing.

They were really good on defense. Very basic - 4-4 cover 3, a little cover 1 and some 1/4 1/4 1/2. Those kids/coaches did a great job all season.

but they lost to the worst TJ team in over a decade

is they replay Mckeesport after they made the change at running back Mckeesport would've won easily

Seriously....where are you getting your information? Everything you throw out there doesn't always stick!

The team you're calling "the worst TJ team in over a decade" just had their most wins since the title teams of 2019 (16-0) and 2020 (10-1), going 9-3, following back-to-back 8-win seasons. It was one of their most productive offenses averaging 39ppg, allowing 15. They lost bad to better teams; McKees (11-2) 28-7, Montour (10-2) 51-21 plus the upset by Trinity. Shit happens in football!
I mentioned the Seton LaSalle transfer in either the March or June preseason work thinking it was strange with Brady Evans slinging it near 2000py in 2022. I think this year's team suffered in a 2-Qb offense run all year with Coach forsaking the ground game. Very strange seeing Cherpak do anything but bash the hell out of you with a pounding ground game.

About the "IF" of McKees beat TJ with Boyd. I don't have that magic ball or believe in ifs.

they didn't make the semifinals for the first time in over a decade, and they got blown out by Montour who wasn't exactly a powerhouse

also got blown out by Trinity, a perennial loser

shit happens in football, yeah this TJ team was shit by their standards and i'm sure Cherpak would tell you the same off the record

so yeah worst TJ team in over a decade, not a debate

how about you stick to Harrisburg football and stop pretending you know more than me about wpial football just because you read some stats online, or maybe don't get offended as if I'm talking about your mother, ok son?

I thought it was a simple question........"where are you getting your information". No?

What I say about the Wpial is a result of research that's verifiable, then shared with the board. A service if you will to my fellow board members:) ! Don't get carried away by it BP. It's just high school football.
PS, I live outside Philly.
