    Please, Central averages 50 pts a game, they beat NA by 28 points, their QB completes 73 % of passes for over 1500 yards and has thrown for 21 TD`s, they also have 3 excellent running backs. Can they beat St Joes, probably not but I think it will be a good game

    One of the negatives about this year`s Prep, IMO is that they only played 4 or 5games. This protected them from injury and diminishes their achievement, no matter how you slice it. The 04 PCC team was 16 and 0, the first Pa team to do that. Not saying that this makes the 04 PCC better but...

    Regarding the 1964 PCC schedule : back In those days, Central also Played the top WPIAL teams like McKeesport, Aliquippa, New Castle etc. The WPIAL champion in 1964 was Aliquippa who was defeated by PCC.

    I think it’s pretty basic. LaSalle is a Christian Brother’s school and Prep is Jesuit run. IMO Jesuits are all in on having excellent football programs. Christian Brothers not as much. If they have some down years, they will ride it out.
