Heard the rumor, talked to numerous people in the know, and now pretty convinced on truth. Springside Chestnut Hill loses all-everything QB Paul Dooley to graduation this year. Hearing the probable starting QB for next season, going by terrific off-season workouts, will be Mone Davis. Cannon arm and very accurate is what I'm hearing. Should be very interesting to follow her progress.

It is starting to fall apart. It will be interesting to see how those who can't think for themselves react. The powers-that-be will try to keep it under wraps as much as possible, but gradually it will be exposed to more and more people.

To crown the best athletic program, there has to be a formula. Say with football, you take the record of the team. If the team is 11-1, they get 10 points for winning eleven and losing one. Then if they make the piaa playoffs they get 5 points and if they win the whole shootin match they get 10 points. So our 11-1 team has a value of 25 points. I think baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse could all work in the same fashion. Anyone have any thoughts

I've never met john steinmetz and I've only heard good things about him from former players and parents but I can only imagine infante will sleep like a baby tonight. the prep hung 30+ on LS in 4 straight gms and the last gm the def was just awful. with the gordons gone and the hiring of the def coordinator that the prep slapped around the last few yrs I don't see things getting better for them especially with the talent pool way down. the gordons challenged infante and made him a better coach and since he now won't have to worry about an explosive offense it may not be pretty. again, I'm sure steinmetz is a great guy with a storied lasalle history but it seems like the easy choice for a school that has stopped striving for excellence and excepted football mediocrity.

With resume's due tomorrow and a VERY weak candidate pool so far the LS situation will get a lot worse before it get's better. If they go with one of these candidates they will only prove what I have stated earlier about their lack of commitment to football. The administration and the board need to get together and quickly build a plan or this will get bad. This years schedule is very tough and the underclassmen are very underwhelming which means the 2016 team could be the first below .500 team is a VERY long time. The lose of high profile offensive coaches will surely give SJP/Wood a leg up with recruiting skill players and the gap will widen……

Hey we are entering Spring here, one kid I really wanted to see more of and didn't was Adams from CB South. I know he missed time late in year with injury...how is he doing as he will be heading to South Bend what...in 4 months? Maybe 3.
Last year got away from me, and I didn't see him very much. I will be hard pressed to remember a kid with his size and speed...maybe Kevin Jones?
